According to David Kostin of Goldman Sachs, the tax increase proposed by President Joe Biden would significantly reduce the profits investors are currently focusing on.
The company’s chief U.S. equities strategist said in “Squawk on the Street” that his clients are talking about corporate earnings in 2022, where there is a wide range of growth results based on the trajectory of corporate taxes.
